| T's ultimate scrambled eggs |
1. Mix 3 eggs with about 8 or 9 dashes of T's Hot SauceŽ and set it on the side. 2.Chop up 2 slices of cold cut ham and cook it in a lightly oiled skillet until the edges are crispy. 3. Blend in the egg mix until scrambled to the desired texture. 4. Toss in some shredded sharp cheddar cheese, give it a couple of stirs and serve "hot". Optional: Add a dollop of nonfat plain yogurt to the plate, and of course season it to taste with T's Hot SauceŽ. |

| T's Ladybug Stew |
1. Bring 12 cups of water to a boil in a large pan. 2. Add about 1.5 lbs of boneless chicken breasts or thighs. 3. Let the chicken simmer for about 15 minutes on medium heat. 4. Chop up one whole white onion and set on the side. 5. Carefully remove the chicken and let cool for a couple of minutes. 6. Add 1/2 pound of rice to the boiling water and let simmer. 7. In a separate pan, boil 7 or 8 quartered small round red potatoes for about 15 minutes (leave the skin on) strain and set on the side. *optional- Add a few drops of red food coloring to the potatoes. 8.With a pair of rubber gloves or a fork, shred the chicken. 9. Add 1lb of green peas or baby lima beans to the water. 10. Next add the onions and the chicken to the water. 11. Add 1 teaspoon each of turmeric, garlic powder, coriander, and salt. 12. Stir well and let simmer on low heat for about 15 more minutes. 13. Remove from heat and add the red potatoes (lady bugs). 14. Dish yourself and your loved ones a bowl. 15. Add the desired amount of T's Hot SauceŽ and enjoy! |

| T's Slammin Salmon |
This recipe is for 1lb of fresh salmon filet. Preheat oven to 350° 1.Cut filet in 1/2 and place in a medium tupperware bowl. 2. Add 4 tablespoons of T's Wasabi-Jalapeno Sauce 3. Add 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard. 4. Add 1 tablespoon of ginger powder. 5. Puncture the salmon with a fork to enable the marinade to really saturate the filet. 6. Cover the bowl and give the mixture a good shake. 7. Cover a cookie sheet with foil and place the salmon skin side down. 8. Bake for 30 minutes. 9. Let cool and serve with your favorite veggies and I recommend brown rice. 10. Be prepared for deliciousness! |

| T's Turkey Chili |
This recipe is super healthy as well as really low sodium and delicious. Who said you can't have the best of both worlds. 1. Boil about 8 cups of water and add 1 and 1/3 Lb bag of kidney beans. Return to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer for 45 minutes. 2. Chop 2 large white onions, 12 serrano peppers, 3 red bell peppers, 1 giant bulb of garlic (3 small bulbs), 1/2 a bunch of cilantro, and 2 Lbs of vine ripe tomatoes. 3. Strain the kidney beans and place them in at least an 8 Quart stock pot with 1 cup pure water and 1 cup Cider vinegar. Bring to a simmer. 4. In a large skillet cook 2 and 1/2 Lbs. of 99% fat free ground turkey. 5. Add the turkey and all chopped veggies to the pot. 6. Add 1 tablespoon cumin, 1 tablespoon paprika, 1/2 a tablespoon of sea salt., and 4 Tablespoons of T's Hot Sauce. 7. Bring mix to a boil stirring thoroughly. Reduce heat to a simmer cover and let cook for approximately one hour. 8. Dish up a bowl of goodness and top it off with about 3 dollops of non-fat plain yogurt. Season to taste with T's Hot Sauce. 9. Enjoy |
